Continuing Dylan’s Mission
Born from loss and guided by love, Do It Like Dylan was founded by Dylan Geller’s siblings to honor his life and passion for helping others. Our mission is to advance epilepsy research, support students pursuing careers in special education, and advocate for vital epilepsy safety legislation. Through this work, we ensure Dylan’s legacy of kindness, inclusion, and purpose continues to grow.

A Tribute at E.T. Hamilton: The Superhero Library Project
Dylan’s journey began at E.T. Hamilton School, and we are deeply moved that his old school is honoring his memory through their very first Read-A-Thon.
Dylan was a "superhero" to so many. While studying to become a special education teacher at Rowan University, he had already begun his mission of uplifting children with his warmth and light. To keep that mission alive, E.T. Hamilton is raising funds to establish a dedicated Superhero Section in the school library.
How your support helps: All proceeds from the Read-A-Thon will go directly toward the purchase of a new bookcase and a curated collection of books to fill it. This project not only honors Dylan’s legacy of kindness and inclusion but also directly benefits the next generation of students by fostering a lifelong love of reading.

Dylan Geller
Dylan was a devoted son, beloved brother, and friend to all. A vibrant and compassionate man of just 20 years, Dylan touched the lives of all who know him with his warmth, humor and light. He graduated from Eastern Regional High School in 2023 and was a rising Junior at Rowan University.
He was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 12 and, despite the challenges, he did not let it hold him back. Dylan continued to strive to live life, just like other kids his age. He participated in, and later volunteered for, various epilepsy awareness programs, embodying resilience, courage, and compassion.
During his last two years of high school, he volunteered with his school’s special needs population in Room 17, an experience that inspired Dylan to major in Special Education with a minor in Physical Education. His dream after college was to launch an Adaptive Physical Education Program at his former high school, helping students with special needs who were unable to participate in traditional gym classes.
Dylan loved sports and competition of all kinds. Dylan was a loyal fan of all Philadelphia sports, most recently cheering on his beloved Birds, Superbowl LIX Champions, in New Orleans.
Dylan had a gift for making others feel seen, valued, and uplifted - he truly believed in the dignity and potential of every person.
The foundation was created in loving memory of our brother, Dylan, whose compassion and resilience inspired everyone who knew him. Living with epilepsy, Dylan faced challenges with strength and purpose, dedicating himself to helping others through his studies in special education.
Our mission is twofold: to support epilepsy research and promote safety and awareness, and to empower future educators through scholarships for students pursuing degrees in special education. Through this work, we carry forward Dylan’s passion for education and advocacy, creating lasting impact in the lives of others.
